OPERATING AGREEMENT, dated as of February 6, 2012, by North Carolina Radiation Therapy Management Services, LLC as the sole member (the “Member”) of AHLC, LLC (the “Company”). Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized words and phrases in this Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) shall have the meanings set forth in the Glossary of Term attached hereto as Exhibit A.
