This Limited Liability Company Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Anachemia Mining, LLC (the “Company”), dated as of July 14, 2011, is entered into by VWR International, LLC, as the sole member of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, 6 Del.
