AGREEMENT made as of this 10th day of June, 2013, between Currency Income Advantage Portfolio, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), and Boston Management and Research, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Adviser”).

This is to confirm that, in consideration of the agreements hereinafter contained, the undersigned, Currency Income Advantage Portfolio (the “Trust”), an open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), organized as a Massachusetts business trust, has agreed that Eaton Vance Distributors, Inc. (“EVD”), shall be the placement agent (the “Placement Agent”) of Interests in the Trust (“Trust Interests”).
Reference is made to (a) the Amended and Restated Services Agreement by and between each entity or series thereof listed on Appendix A thereto and State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”) dated as of September 1, 2010 (the “Services...Master Custodian Agreement • June 19th, 2013 • Currency Income Advantage Portfolio • Massachusetts
This Agreement is made as of September 1, 2010 between each investment company listed on Appendix A (as amended from time to time as provided herein), severally and not jointly, and State Street Bank and Trust Company (hereinafter called “Custodian”), a trust company established under the laws of Massachusetts with a principal place of business in Boston, Massachusetts.
