This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of April, 2017, by and between HealthTalk Live, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel Crawford, an individual (“Executive”).
