Representation Mortgage Loan Description of Exception (16) Insurance One Union Square (No. 4) The Mortgage Loan documents provide that Mortgagee is entitled to hold and disburse insurance proceeds in excess of five percent (5%) of the original loan amount (as opposed to the then outstanding loan amount), therefore, in the event of a casualty or condemnation that results in a partial prepayment of the loan, the Mortgage Loan documents impose a higher threshold than what the representation states regarding when Mortgagee can hold and disburse the proceeds.
