This Share Exchange Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 14, 2017 by and among (i) Image Chain Group Limited, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Purchaser”), (ii) Image Convenience Store Management Limited, a business company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with limited liability (the “Company”) and (iii) Wang Fa Sung, owner of 100% of the issued and outstanding equity interests in the Company (the “Seller”).
