THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is made as of March 1, 2014, by and between SBL Fund (the “Corporation”), a Kansas corporation registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and GUGGENHEIM DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 805 King Farm Boulevard, Suite 600, Rockville, Maryland 20850 (the “Distributor”).
