This Share Exchange Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 4th day of October, 2016 by and among Starlight Supply Chain Management Company (“Starlight”), a Nevada corporation, Sing Kong Supply Chain Management Company Limited (“Sing Kong”), a company with limited liability formed under the laws of Hong Kong, and Sing Kong’s shareholders, Wu Yun Fai Ric, Anthony Chun-Man Cheung and Fung Tsz Yeung, three individuals, (the “Sing Kong Shareholders”). Sing Kong has one subsidiary company, 星光咨询服务(深圳)有限公司 (“WFOE”), which is a wholly foreign owned entity that was established in Shenzhen in the Peoples Republic of China (“PRC”)
