This Limited Liability Company Agreement (together with the schedules attached hereto, this “Agreement”) of Polygon WLH LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is made and entered into as of July 22, 2014 by William Lyon Homes, Inc., a California corporation (the “Member”), as the sole member (the “Member”).
