Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "Accelera Innovations Fund I, Inc." evidencing $100.00 for each share of Convertible Preferred Stock Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE 9% Preferred Convertible Preferred Stock Unit ($100.00).
