ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), proposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement (this “Agreement”), to sell [●] shares (the “Firm Shares”) of the Company’s ordinary shares, no par value (the “Ordinary Shares”).
