This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 22nd day of July 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BioStem Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Andrew Van Vurst (“Executive”).
