This VOTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 27, 2018, by and between Wincore Holdings Limited, a limited liability company (“Shareholder”) and ZALL CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (“Lead Voter”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Fourth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of LightlnTheBox Holding Co. Ltd.
