This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 31, 2017, by and among magicJack VocalTec Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), on the one hand, and David L. Kanen and Kanen Wealth Management LLC (together and including their respective Associates and Affiliates, the “Kanen Group”), on the other hand. The Company and the Kanen Group are each referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”

The undersigned hereby agree that the Statement on Schedule 13G dated September 5, 2024, with respect to the Common stock, $0.00001 par value per share, of The RealReal, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any further amendments thereto executed by each and any of the undersigned shall be filed on behalf of each of the undersigned pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Rule 13d-1(k)(1) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
