Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in that certain Management Agreement by and among 1st stREIT Office Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), 1st stREIT Office Operating Partnership, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”) and the Manager dated as of July 10, 2017 and effective as of June 22, 2017, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to the Management Agreement, dated as of September 3, 2020 and effective as of December 31, 2019 (as the same may be amended further from time to time, the “Management Agreement”).
