Second Supplemental Indenture (this “Second Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of August 31, 2017 among FelCor Lodging Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership (“FelCor LP”), Rangers Sub I, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Rangers Sub I”) and successor to FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (“FelCor”), the other guarantors party hereto and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as trustee, registrar and paying agent (the “Trustee”).
