The undersigned (the “Subscriber”), desires to become a holder of common shares (the “Shares”) of Leader Hill Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Nevada (the “Company”); one share of Common Stock has a par value $0.001 per share. THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 17, 2020 by and among, Liu Muzhen, Purchasers’ Representative, representing the Purchasers shown in Exhibit D (“Purchaser”), Leader Hill Corporation., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Chia Yee Seah (the “Selling Party,” and the “Executive”. The Purchaser, the Company, the Selling Party, and the Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
