This SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 26th day of December 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Million Success Business Limited (the “Buyer”), a company formed under the law of the British Virgin Islands, and the seller of shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Common Stock”) of Oranco, Inc., a Nevada corporation (OTCQB: ORNC) (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) set forth on the Counterpart Signature Pages to this Agreement (the “Seller” ). The Buyer and Seller are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

In accordance with Rule 13d-1(k) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the persons named below agree to the joint filing on behalf of each of them of a Statement on Schedule 13D (including amendments thereto) with respect to the common stock of Oranco, Inc. and further agree that this Joint Filing Agreement be included as an exhibit to such joint filings. In evidence thereof the undersigned, being duly authorized, hereby execute this Agreement this 8th day of January, 2018.
