We have entered into an investment advisory agreement, dated as of _________________, 2019 (the “Investment Advisory Agreement”) with NB Crossroads Private Markets Fund VI Holdings LP (the “Fund”) pursuant to which we are to act as investment adviser (the “Adviser”) to such Fund.
