THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 21, 2018, is made by and among Leung Kwok Hei, Chi Siu On, Leung Siu Hung and Chan Hiu (collectively, the “Purchasers” and each, a “Purchaser”), the minority sellers (the “Minority Sellers”) of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (“Common Stock”) of Global Seed Corporation, a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and seller representative Tian Jia (the “Primary Seller”). The Minority Sellers and the Primary Seller are referred to collectively herein as the “Sellers” and individually as a “Seller.”

In accordance with Rule 13d-1(k) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the persons named below agree to the joint filing on behalf of each of them of a Statement on Schedule 13D (including amendments thereto) with respect to the common stock of Global Seed Corporation. and further agree that this Joint Filing Agreement be included as an exhibit to such joint filings. In evidence thereof the undersigned, being duly authorized, hereby execute this Agreement this 12th day of July 2018.
