THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 21st day of August, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between METRO CITY BANK, a commercial bank organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “Bank”) and FARID TAN (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates that certain Employment Agreement between the Bank and the Executive dated as of April 1, 2006 (the “Original Employment Agreement”).
