This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 19, 2019 is made and entered into by and among Hawkeye Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Buyer”), Radiant Images Inc., a California corporation (“Company”), Gianna Wolfe (the “Seller”) and Michael Mansouri (“Mansouri” and collectively with the Seller, the “Seller Parties”).
