This Agreement sets forth certain understandings of the Parties in connection with the Transaction Agreement, including certain amendments to the Transaction Agreement. Accordingly, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Modern Media Acquisition Corp. S.A. (the “Company”) and Petrus (“Pierre”) Schreuder (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually referred to as a “Party”. The Agreement shall become effective upon the closing and effective date (“Effective Date”) of the proposed merger contemplated in the letter of intent between Modern Media Acquisition Corp. and Akazoo Limited, dated October 25, 2018 (the “Merger”).
