This Land Purchase Agreement is made on this January 25, 2020 as between Ohia Development Corp, a Hawaii corporation whose address is 73-1089 Mahilani Kona, Hawaii 96740, herein “Buyer” and Lehua Court LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company whose address is 92-8635 Lehua Lane, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates, Hawaii 96737 herein “Seller” who agree to sell and convey the real property as described in Section II & III of this Agreement. Buyer and Seller shall be collectively known as the “Parties”.
