This Exclusive License Agreement (hereinafter called “Agreement”), entered into and effective as of the 20th day of July, 2020 (hereinafter called “Agreement Date”), is by and between Ji Lin JZY Biotech Inc., a People’s Republic of China entity (hereinafter called “Licensor”), and Goldenwell Biotech, Inc., a Nevada corporation (hereinafter, called “Licensee”).
