FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Arrived Homes Series Plumtree, a series of Arrived Homes, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (“Borrower”), hereby promises to pay to the order of Arrived Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an address at 999 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (“Lender”), or its permitted assignees, in lawful money of the United States of America and in immediately available funds, the principal amount of two-hundred and two thousand, nine-hundred and fifty & 00/100 dollars ($202,950) (“Principal Amount”), as set forth below in this note (“Note”).
