This Voting and Support Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 13, 2021, by and among Gamesys Group plc, a company incorporated in England and Wales (“Gamesys”), Bally's Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Bally's”), and each of the stockholders of Bally's listed in the Schedule hereto (each, a “Stockholder” and together, the “Stockholders”).
