The undersigned, Aduro Clean Technologies Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia (the "Company"), hereby confirms its agreement (this "Agreement") with the several underwriters named in Schedule 1 hereto (collectively, the "Underwriters," and each an Underwriter"), for whom Craft Capital Management LLC (hereinafter referred to as "you" (including its correlatives), or "Craft" or the "Representative") is acting as representative, and including EF Hutton LLC ("EF Hutton"), as an underwriter.
