Camelback Road, Suite 150, Phoenix Arizona 85016 (the “Company”), and Gregory Lambrecht residing at 6738 N Central Ave, Phoenix Arizona 85012 (the “Executive”). As of the Effective Date, this Agreement replaces and supersedes that certain Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive effective as of May 10, 2021 (the “Prior Agreement”).

As of the Effective Date, this Agreement replaces and supersedes that certain Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive effective in February 2023 (the “Prior Agreement”).
