The indirect Shareholders of the Company Party to this Agreement are the Concerted Actor, Qi, Xiaoyu, Fuyunishi, Ryo, Jin, Zheng, Chen, Liang, Li, Liangyi, and Su, Fengjuan (the Indirect Shareholders).
