This INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of July 2023 and the effective date of this Agreement shall commence on the date that the Company’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 that is being filed for its Initial Public Offering is declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Effective Date”) by and between BeLive Holdings, a Cayman Islands exempt company the “Company”), and ______________ (the “Indemnitee”).

(for the ease of reference, the aforesaid parties shall be referred to herein collectively as “the Parties” and singularly as a “Party”.
