This SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of June 6, 2023 (this "Agreement") is entered into by and among Guyana Gold Corp., a Nevada Corporation and public company traded under the symbol GYGC on the OTC Pink (the "Company"), Alpharidge Capital, LLC.
