For purposes of this Agreement, and for the avoidance of doubt, the Hyatt Operated Limited Shared Common Area and Facilities, including without limitation the Event Space and the Spa & Fitness Area, as designated on Exhibits A-2, A-3, and A-4, shall be included in the definition of the “Hotel” to be operated by Hyatt subject to this Agreement.
