Carvana Auto Receivables Trust 2024-P4 (the “Issuing Entity”) will issue to Carvana Receivables Depositor LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Depositor”), certain classes of asset backed notes (collectively, the “Notes”) pursuant to an indenture, to be dated as of the Closing Date (as amended and supplemented from time to time, the “Indenture”), between the Issuing Entity, the Grantor Trust, and the Indenture Trustee.
