This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of August 27, 2024 by and between Cre8 Enterprise Limited, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with limited liability (the “Company”), and Chi Kam Ray Lee, an individual (the “Executive”). The term “Company” as used herein with respect to all obligations of the Executive hereunder shall be deemed to include the Company and all of its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”).

The undersigned, Cre8 Enterprise Limited, a British Virgin Islands company (the “Company”), hereby confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with the several underwriters named in Schedule A hereto (collectively the “Underwriters,” and each, an “Underwriter”), for which Benjamin Securities, Inc. acting as the representative (in such capacity, the “Representative”), to issue and sell an aggregate of 1,750,000 Class A ordinary shares (the “Firm Shares”) of the Company, of no par value (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”).
