Zhaoqing South China Bicycle Winfill Co., Ltd. (SCBW) has the following borrowings amounting to RMB 49,997,028.41 which is warranted by the lands and buildings of Zhaoqing South China Bicycle (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (SCH).
