STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), dated and effective as of July 23, 1996, by and between Dennis Pollack (the "Optionee") and CBC Bancorp, Inc. ("CBC"), a Connecticut corporation and parent company of the Connecticut Bank of Commerce (the "Bank").
