SCHEDULE A TO CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2015, BETWEEN INFINITY (INT’L) TRAVEL HOLDINGS LIMITED AND XXXXXX FUI
For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, to induce Xxxxxx Fui (the “Employee”) to enter into and execute that certain written Contract of Employment dated February 26, 2015, Infinity (Int’l) Travel Holdings Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), hereby undertakes and agrees to, and shall, issue to the Employee no later than February 26, 2016, 125,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.
