This Contract of employment is entered into between Infinity (Int’l) Travel Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to ‘Employer’) and Cheung Fui (hereinafter referred to as ‘Employee’) on Feb 26, 2015 under the terms and conditions of employment below:

On the terms and subject to the conditions specified in that certain Prospectus dated November_____, 2015 (the “Prospectus”) and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), Infinity (Int’l) Travel Holdings Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), is offering for sale a maximum of 100,000 shares of its common stock (“Offered Shares”) at a purchase price of $0.10 per Offered Share.
