TENTH AMENDMENT TO THE TRANSFER AGENT SERVICING AGREEMENT
TENTH AMENDMENT
THIS TENTH AMENDMENT dated as of May 11, 2015, to the Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement dated as of August 10, 2004, as amended August 15, 2005, June 8, 2007, October 8, 2007, August 14, 2009, January 15, 2010, February 12, 2010, July 27, 2010, January 1, 2013 and November 24, 2014 (the "Agreement"), is entered into by and between Intrepid Capital Management Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust") and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("USBFS").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to add the Intrepid Select Fund and to amend the fees; and
WHEREAS, Section 9 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
Amended Exhibit A is hereby superseded and replaced with Amended Exhibit A attached hereto.
Amended Exhibit B is hereby superseded and replaced with Amended Exhibit B attached hereto.
Except to the extent supplemented hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
