AMENDMENT NO. 5
Thrivent Distributors, LLC (“TDL”) and Thrivent Mutual Funds (“TMF”) hereby agree that the Distribution Agreement dated January 1, 2016, as amended, between TDL and TMF (the “Agreement”) is hereby amended to reflect that effective February [ ], 2020, Thrivent Mid Cap Growth Fund and Thrivent Mid Cap Value Fund shall each be deemed a “Fund” under the terms of the Agreement.
A revised Schedule I is attached hereto.
