THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Montrose County, Colorado (the “County”) and SunCore Hospitality Montrose Airport Hotel, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“SunCore” or “Developer”). As used herein, the County and SunCore are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
