This Campus Housing Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions of occupancy for all College of Saint Benedict (“CSB”) residence halls and apartments (singularly, a “CSB Residential Facility” or “Residential Facility” and multiple, the “CSB Residential Facilities”). This Agreement is issued for the entire 2024-2025 academic year (“Academic Year”) or balance thereof and replaces any previous CSB residential housing agreements.
