This Agreement is for the use of one assigned bed space in campus housing either on DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus or at the University Center of Chicago ("University Center"). The residence halls on DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus are owned by DePaul University ("DePaul"). The University Center is owned by University Center Property LLC. DePaul University is a master tenant in the University Center. University Center Property LLC has retained Peak Campus as facility manager for the University Center. University Center Property LLC and Peak Campus may retain other subcontractors and agents to assist with their duties. University Center Property LLC and Peak Campus are referred to collectively in this Agreement as "UC Facility Manager”.

It entitles the student to the use of campus housing accommodations only in such a manner stated in the agreement. Failure to observe the terms and conditions of this agreement will subject the student to disciplinary action.

Interns not able to find their own housing on the island, should contact their DISL Faculty contact to request DISL housing on campus. (DISL housing is limited and may be unavailable). Once the faculty member is notified of a housing need, they are required to complete the Intern Housing Request Form found on the DISL Intranet site http://dislnet.disl.org, under Forms, University Program Forms. Once the form is completed by the DISL faculty member, it is submitted for approval by the UP Chair and UP Registrar. The approved Intern Housing Request Form is then sent to the DISL Office Administrator, Lei Wang to check upon available housing.
