This Interconnection/Compensation Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between North Penn Telephone Company, ("NORTH PENN"), with offices at 4145 Route 549, Mansfield, PA 16933 and Cingular Wireless LLC ("CINGULAR") on behalf of itself and its wireless operating affiliates as identified in Appendix B hereto with offices at 5565 Glenridge Connector, Atlanta, GA 30342. NORTH PENN and CINGULAR individually shall be referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
