This Interconnection/Compensation Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Ironton Telephone Company, ("IRONTON"), with offices at 4242 Mauch Chunk Road, Coplay, PA 18037 and Cingular Wireless LLC ("CINGULAR") on behalf of itself and its wireless operating affiliates as identified in Appendix B hereto with offices at 5565 Glenridge Connector, Atlanta, GA 30342. IRONTON and CINGULAR individually shall be referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
