This Addendum (“Addendum 3 “) to the Maintenance and Support Contract dated March 13, 2018 (the “Contract”) and corresponding Statement of Work (“SOW”) dated March 13, 2018, is entered into by and between the Montana Public Employees’ Retirement Board of the State of Montana (the “Board”), 100 North Park, Suite 200, P.O. Box 200131, Helena, MT 59620-0131, and Sagitec Solutions LLC, (the “Contractor”) 422 County Road D East, Little Canada, MN, 55117. The Board and the Contractor may be referred to individually as “Party” or jointly as the “Parties”.
