THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this October 23, 2024, between the State of Montana, Montana Law Enforcement Academy, hereafter known as the "Employer," and the Federation of Montana Law Enforcement Academy Employees, Montana Federation of Public Employees, hereafter known as the “Federation.” It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working relationships between the Employer and its employees, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving grievances, to prevent interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the State of Montana, and to set forth herein a basic and complete agreement between the parties concerning terms and conditions of employment which are not otherwise mandated by statute.
