This document creates a binding contract (the “Agreement”) between ScienceLogic, Inc. (“ScienceLogic”), a Delaware corporation having offices at Four South of Market, 11955 Democracy Drive, 13th Floor, Reston VA 20190, and the entity identified as “Customer” below (“Customer” or “You”). This Agreement is subject to the ScienceLogic Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Standard Terms”), and the Standard Terms are an integral part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. You acknowledge that, prior to signing this Agreement, you have been provided a copy of the Standard Terms and/or you have had opportunity to review the Standard Terms online, and that, if desired, you have also had opportunity to seek the advice of counsel. You understand that the Standard Terms are also available for review at https://www.sciencelogic.com/company/legal. By signing this Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by the Standard Terms.
