This Agreement is subject to the ScienceLogic Standard Terms and Conditions (the “Standard Terms”), and the Standard Terms are an integral part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. You acknowledge that, prior to signing this Agreement, you have been provided a copy of the Standard Terms and/or you have had opportunity to review the Standard Terms online, and that, if desired, you have also had opportunity to seek the advice of counsel.
